JAMES OROSZ James Orosz passed away June 8, 2003 at the age of 91 at Extendicare Oakview Place, after four years as a resident. James was born September 21, 1911 in Bangor, SK. He had three sisters and one brother. He was predeceased by his parents and two sisters; and by his brother Oscar, who passed away in Deerborn, MI just half an hour before James. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Adeline (Jolan) Orosz. They were married on July 1, 1961. He also will be remembered by his sister Terry (Sam) Santilli, Florida; four sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews. James owned a tailoring business on Selkirk Avenue and loved his work. He retired after a fall in the basement, which left him with a head injury in 1987. I would like to thank all the nurses and caregivers at Oakview Place for the wonderful care and concern given to James over the last four years. Cremation has taken place. A memorial mass will be said on Friday, June 13 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul the Apostle, 2400 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations in James memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
